Each tablet contains Ferrous sulphate 325 mg (equivalent to elemental iron 105 mg).
and Sodium ascorbate 562.4 mg (equivalent to Vitamin C 500 mg).
Adults and children over 12 years: One tablet daily or as directed by physician.
Do not take this product for more than 12 months except on medical advice.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
