Xylometazoline 138 micrograms per spray (1mg/ml)
Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 spray into each nostrilevery 8-10 hours, as required.Do not exceed 3 sprays into each nostril in 24 hours.• Blow the nose.• Remove the protective cap.• If you use the bottle for the first time, you should first press thepump 5 times until an even spray is released.
The next time you use the bottle this will no longer be necessary.
If you have not used the bottle for 7 days (after first use), press the pump 1 time to prepare the bottle for use again.Make sure not to spray into the eyes or mouth.• Keep the bottle upright between thumb and fingers.• Keep the nozzle upright properly, tilt your head forward slightly and place the nozzle in a nostril.• Spray once in each nostril.
Breathe in through your nose whilstpressing down the pump.
Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the dust cap.• Discard one month after opening.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use for more than three days at a time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
If congestion persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
Contains benzalkonium chloride as preservative.
